   That's a possibility.  It defies reality that Usagi and the others   
   would all go to the same school unless some of the them (Ami in   
   particular) specifically went to a worse high school than they could   
   get into.  They never address this, but maybe Ami decided there was   
   more to life than studying, or she wanted to go to the same school to   
   keep the team together.
