   Don't discount the power of Sailor Moon yet. ^_^ Count me in. It will   
   take me a little while to catch up, but I did watch the first 6   
   episodes today.   
      
   Episode 1: We get to see Sailor Moon use two powers that she never   
   again uses in the rest of the series.   
      
   Episode 2: The first of six episodes that was cut from the DiC   
   release. Umino is hypnotized and becomes a "bad boy".   
      
   Episode 3: The first use of the Disguise Pen.   
      
   Episode 4: The weight loss episode. I had forgotten that Usagi was   
   initially in love with Motoki from the game parlor.   
      
   Episode 5: Another 'lost' episode with the weird shaneera pets. It was   
   pretty cute to hear Shingo asking for Sailor Moon's autograph there at   
   the end because he thought she was cute.   
      
   Episode 6: The third lost episode where Usagi uses the disguise pen to   
   change into a hot female musician to get into the nightclub.   
      
   Although these episodes are still pretty simple compared to the much   
   deeper themes to come later in the series, there were still many cute,   
   funny and touching moments. I laughed out loud when Sailor Moon was   
   giving her opening challenge to the youma in episode 6 and Luna had to   
   correct her about Bach being the father of music. Sailor Moon yells   
   back that no one would have noticed her mistake if Luna had not   
   pointed it out. ^_^
