   Yes, it was - but there, if memory serves, it was used by Sailor   
   Chibi-Moon rather than by Sailor Moon herself. (I could technically   
   check, but I'm lazy.)

   "Sailor V Kick" wasn't a power - it was just Usagi being a   
   newly-converted fangirl. (Her later "Sailor Moon Kick" was undoubtedly   
   based on her remembering having done that, but it isn't really a power   
   either - although it does qualify as a named attack.) The other power   
   was the thing with her hair ornaments, by which she heard Naru crying   
   for help.
