   There is also the posibility of other targets that we and SM don't know   
   about. I mean, when they are targeting individuals to wait for their peak   
   energy, why are all of those people known by the senshi? Surely there   
   were a few targets that weren't friends and/or aquantances.   
      
   Unless...  the conversation went like... "Yes, we will target all of   
   Sailor Moons friends. They will have the most energy simply because they   
   are near Sailor Moon... Maybe she won't notice."
