   If Rei was speaking of Usagi in the third-person, then that would be a   
   reasonable reference. Depending on the relationship between you, the   
   person you're speaking with and the person to whom you're referring,   
   you might use a number of variants for that person's name as opposed   
   to how you would address that person directly.
