   Actually the next episode seems to do it too -- this episode closes   
   with Sailor Moon asking Sailor Venus if she is the Moon Princess, and   
   Venus smiles in a way that suggests to me the intent was to make us   
   think she might be.  Although the next episode has "the princess   
   appears" (or something like it) in the title, the preview was very   
   careful not to show any actual scenes of the princess.   
      
   Except that Usagi as the princess has already been given away in the   
   second opening sequence!   
      
   (Well, I guess you could say that Tuxedo Mask's vision gives it away   
   too...)
