From: chriskern99@gmail.com              Episode 35 - Returning memories! Usagi and Mamoru's past              This episode provides some of the only scenes in the Silver Millenium       of the entire series, although they're very short. There are some       more in episode 44 but after that I don't really think there are any       silver millenium scenes at all (except for maybe an odd second or       two).              Also this episode has what is, to me, the first really emotionally       powerful scene of the series -- when Usagi says that she's not going       to fight anymore. She said this early in the series but then it was       because she was scared of the enemies. Now it's because she doesn't       know what she would do if everyone else ended up like Mamoru (and of       course at the end of the series that will happen, so this is sort of a       foreshadowing). Then Rei slaps her, and Usagi says that she's not as       strong as Rei, but then looks up at her and realizes that Rei is       crying too (because she cared for Mamoru).              I also remember there's some unintentionally humorous dub line for       Mercury's "atashi ga aite yo" (I'll fight you) when she's protecting       Usagi, but I don't remember what it is.              The art is really bad in this episode.              Kamimura Noriko, who plays Queen Metallia, also does Kaolinite in S --       but I have a feeling I already wrote this before.              -Chris              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
