   Aaaaand, back to the filler.   
      
   Kunzite, having moved into the position of ‘active general’, now starts   
   using the same half-baked plans that never worked for the others, but   
   still somehow always managed to lure in at least one of the girls.   
      
   And Mamoru has officially suffered the first in what will be a long   
   string of brainwashings, amnesiac episodes, and other assorted bizarre   
   mental intrusions (not counting the one he started with).  By the end of   
   the series, there just aren’t going to be many of the original neurons left.   
      
   Apparently, however, brainwashing is a two-edged sword.  Mamoru used to   
   know who Usagi was, and given that Kunzite is still trying to find out,   
   new evil Endymion doesn’t.   
      
   It’s interesting to watch each girl’s reaction to developments, beyond   
   just Usagi’s.  Minako doesn’t know these girls, but she still wants to   
   help, somehow.  So she drags Usagi off to the salon.  Maybe it’s a bit   
   unwelcome, but nothing gets better if you don’t do anything about it.   
   Makoto is almost as much focused on Rei.  She knows the others are all   
   worried about Usagi, so she’s worrying about all the others, Rei in   
   particular.  Rei’s hurt by all this too, she’s just trying to bear up   
   for the sake of the others.   
      
   Today’s victim of the day was played by Sylia Stingray, from BGC.  Okay,   
   maybe not… but the character looked a LOT like her.
