   Episode 44 - Usagi's awakening! A message from long, long ago   
      
   Why is there a passage to the dark kingdom? Don't all the generals and   
   monsters just teleport directly from the base to wherever they're   
   going?   
      
   I also don't quite understand the scene where Serenity sends everyone   
   to Earth. Why are there so many bubbles? A lot of people have claimed   
   to be able to see Neptune in the bubbles, but I think that's a stretch   
   considering Neptune likely was not even conceived of by Takeuchi yet;   
   it looks more like an off-color Mercury to me.   
      
   A lot of this information and some of the animation was put at the   
   beginning of Episode 1 in the dub. I do think the original waited too   
   long to reveal some of this information -- some of this could have   
   been put earlier to spread out the plot revelations a bit.   
      
   The cats put up a pretty impressive performance against Kunzite -- he   
   appears before them, blocking their retreat, but they're able to   
   somehow get all the way back to where the senshi are.   
      
   And then of course we have the granddaddy of all giveaway episode   
   titles in the preview...
