   You guys are forgetting some huge details here. Beryl and her Generals   
   are all gone now, Minako is not in England, Luna lives with Usagi,   
   Artemus is front and center and yet Usagi thinks she's at the point where   
   she just failed her test. If time were simply moved back, none of those   
   things would be there. Usagi made her wish and the crystal gave it to   
   her, her memory was not erased, it was just repressed and she was placed   
   in a reality that restarted the previous year for her. She and the other   
   girls all have vague memories that they don't understand, Luna and   
   Artemis both remember the past year clearly, Naru remembers her past   
   experiences too.   
      
   The year wasn't replaced, it was just replayed, and the crystal fixed all   
   of the broken links in Usagi's web page of life to make it happen!!! -_^   
      
   If you were able to see the power of the crystal in PGSM, you can get the   
   idea of what Naoko had intended.   
      
   This is not a Stephen Hawking type thing, it's more of a Merlin thing.   
      
   At least, that's the way it makes sense to me.
