   Actually, there are more similarities here than you might realize. More and   
   more I hear complaints about parents not taking responsibility for their   
   kids behaviour when the school calls to tell them about problems. Parents   
   just tell the school to deal with it themselves. Some schools already have   
   rules about taking pagers and cell phones to class, not because it hampers   
   their studies, but because those items can connect them to crime and   
   prostitution outside of the school.   
      
   I can see how a society that places so much more emphasis on learning with   
   the uniforms, cram schools and difficult entrance exams might also impose   
   more restrictions on a students personal life.   
      
      
   On another topic, I got a chuckle out of Studio Chikashitsus sub of the   
   ending song which is in Ann and Ails alien language for this ep.
