The same       for Amazon (not stores, but actually Amazon.com itself). At least for       awhile, Anime Depot and Anime Nation both had the singles available,       which is how I ended up getting mine because I missed a boxset of S by       one week each way at Anime Depot. :p Now to figure out a way to make my       own pretty boxset. This can only end in tears...              There's also eBay. Sometimes, you can still find the new items, but of       course you have to slosh through a hundred pages of bootlegs to find the       one legit copy. ^^;              And yes, the rights to all of Sailor Moon are currently expired in the       US. Toei decided not to relicense, and part of the reason was they were       holding onto a few titles because they were trying to start doing their       own distribution in North America. Their attempt (I can't remember       which shows they released...need to scan ANN again) was miserable, and       they're apparently licking their wounds. Whether or not they'll license       out the show, what Takeuchi's part is in all of this, and whether anyone       actually wants it remain to be seen. However, Tokyopop did report that       they would like to find a way to get the manga back over here. I can't       remember if that was at AX or AnimeNext, but it can be found on ANN       (Anime News Network).              Sunnie              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
