   Episode 60 - Angel? Devil? The mysterious little girl that came from   
   the sky   
      
   This is the beginning of the second part of R, which introduces   
   Chibi-Usa. Chibi-Usa is one of the most infamous characters on   
   alt.fan.sailor-moon because of the intense hatred she seems to inspire   
   in some people -- I always thought it was more or less a joke except   
   that some people refused to watch SuperS in the belief that it focused   
   too much on Chibi-Usa. I think she's an interesting character (and her   
   S episodes are hilarious).   
      
   "Usako" and "Mamo-chan" make their first appearances here, and we   
   finally see them as a functioning couple (well, for one episode at   
   least...)   
      
   The other senshi's reactions to Chibi-Usa are pretty stupid. This girl   
   drops from the sky, has the same name as Usagi, aims a gun at her and   
   tells her to give up the Silver Crystal, and uses some mind control to   
   make her family think she's her cousin -- and the others are saying   
   that Usagi has nothing to worry about?   
      
   There was a lot of stuff for the dub to cut from this episode -- the   
   gun pointed at Usagi, nudity in the bathtub, and Usagi spanking   
   Chibi-Usa.   
      
   Tuxedo Mask is back; this is the first time since the low 30's that   
   he's actually come in to save Usagi.   
      
   A bunch of new voice actors -- Koan is Yamazaki Wakana, who appeared   
   in Classic in some minor roles. Berthier is Amano Yuri, who comes back   
   as SereSere in SS. Rubeus is Takagi Wataru, who has done a lot of work   
   (Vijue in Summon Night 3...), and Wiseman is Maruyama Eiji, who   
   doesn't seem to have done all that much.
