   I liked that scene too, and it wouldn't suprise me if that was Ikuhara's   
   doing.   
      
   This was also the episode with the phone booth scene.  I remember   
   bawling while watching that dubbed many years ago.  Today, as soon as I   
   realized it was coming, I steeled myself.  Still a very touching scene   
   though.  Even though I hate the whole breaking up thing (just talk to   
   her!), they at least made it look really good.   
      
   Ami is so absolutely adorable with her constant mentioning of their need   
   to start studying.  She can turn anything into that conversation, even a   
   break up... Such dedication. So cute.
