   I swear by the normal, XviD video, MP3 audio AVI format, because it's easy   
   to support and works great for almost everyone, even if their computer is   
   as old as the one I used to use (700 MHz Celeron with 64 MB RAM running   
   Win98SE) it'll still play fine.   
      
   The video is 640x480 and I *think* I had the codec optimize for animation.
