   Yea, but I assumed it was more than just her family that was mind   
   controlled. I'm sure there is some influence on others, including Usagis   
   friends, to explain her presence to the neighbors, friends, school, whom   
   ever. Why disquise yourself to the immediate family if everyone else can   
   see there is something wrong. While the senshi trust Usagi and listen when   
   she says Chibi Usa is a problem, Rei can't find and evidence to support it,   
   and combined with the mind control influence, there is no reason for them   
   to panic.
