   The dub actually dropped that entire scene. In the original, After   
   visiting Mamoru, Usagi delayed the shopping trip for a few hours while   
   she got a quick cooking lesson from Makoto. (Notice that Makoto chops   
   with her fingers folded up, pressing the vegetables down with her   
   knuckles. Minako had her fingers spread out, leading to her getting   
   cut). In the dub, they went straight from Darien's apartment to the   
   store.   
      
   But oddly, they leave the finger-chopping scene in the Sailor Says   
   segment, which is about first aid.

   That was a good scene. Rei defended Serena in the dub as well.   
      
   BTW, why in the world would someone think a mosquito repellent coil   
   would make a good shirt design ^_^;
