   Episode 75 - A new mysterious warrior, Sailor Pluto, appears   
      
   Time to introduce the first new senshi since Venus, and what to they   
   do? Call up Ando to do the art to make sure our first look at her is   
   of bubble-head Pluto.   
      
   I always wondered why Safir's character design is so similar to   
   Mamoru. There doesn't seem to be any real purpose to it. His voice   
   actor is Kashiwakura Tsutomu -- the only other role he's done that I   
   recognize is Gremy Toto from ZZ Gundam.   
      
   This episode starts rather suddenly; it almost seems like a scene was   
   cut or something.   
      
   This episode also made me realize something -- why doesn't Chibi-Usa   
   seem to recognize Luna, Artemis, or the Sailor Senshi? Flashbacks have   
   already showed that the sailor senshi were in the future with   
   Chibi-Usa. The manga had already introduced Diana at this point   
   (although in the anime she doesn't show up until SuperS).
