   I think it's plausible that Chibi-Usa was not told of her mother's past life
   in 20th century Tokyo because she was still too young to understand the
   events that led to the creation of Crystal Tokyo. It was Sailor Pluto who
   made Chibi-Usa's time travel possible (and was no doubt also responsible for
   dropping her onto Usagi's head in episode 60) so whatever knowledge
   Chibi-Usa had of the present, i.e where to find the Silver Crystal, came
   from Pluto. There is no Sailor Moon in
   Crystal Tokyo, only Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus. Chibi-Usa could not
   understand that the senshi of the present were the same girls as in the
   future, and traumatized by the Black Moon invasion, developed an untrusting
   attitude and saw them as strangers.

   Or something like that.^_^;
