   The Sailor Senshi do not attack puppies and kitties, even ones that are   
   turned evil, so the girls had to be creative, using their attacks to   
   round up the animals so Mercury could create a holding pen out of ice.   
   I don't think we've ever seen anything quite like it.  It kinda felt   
   like a scene was cut here, with Usagi worrying about all the pets while   
   the others try to figure out how to deal with them, with Mercury not too   
   sure she can actually do what they need her to.  It’d explain Usagi’s   
   reaction after it’s done, at least.
