A grade school in danger              Here we meet Momo, Chibi-Usa’s friend from school, who she apparently       met her very first day, but hasn’t been worth mentioning til now.              Chibi-Usa is sick, again. It appears to be a good old fashioned cold       this time, as opposed to the evil induced dream illness, or the evil       induced flu, or... Well, you get the idea.              They let Minako is the room with Chibi-Usa? I wonder which of the       girls’ job it was to get her out of there if she started feeling ‘helpful’.              You’d think someone would have noticed a riot at the local elementary       school and contacted the authorities? A neighbor, someone passing by,       the local traffic helicopter, somebody. Maybe that’s just me.              Was it just me, or was the splitting up of the team really not needed?       It effectively isolated Sailor Moon, but the others got back before       anything actually happened. Although it did provide a slight Ami and       Makoto moment, where Ami is very much talking for both of them. They’re       a pair, where one goes, the other does, (until Sailor Moon explicitly       splits them up) Although the decision to leave Sailor Moon alone is a       bit odd. Perhaps they just don’t realize that the situation at the       school is as serious as it is?              Makoto seems to be picking up Ami’s knack for finding clever ways to use       her powers, driving her Sparkling Wide Pressure into the ground to stun       the two enemies long enough for Sailor Moon to get them. The end of the       fight still felt rushed, though, with all the build up the MotD had gotten.              The falling skeleton was great. Yes, Usagi’s a crybaby, but be honest,       that’d have scared the bejeezus out of you too. ^_-              Since when does Mamoru make decisions for everyone? Heck, since when       does he even make decisions for himself? Though regardless, it’s time       to head to the future and take this fight to the enemy. Ami in       particular looked rather adamant in supporting the decision. She’s       mentioned it a few times this episode and in the past, she doesn’t like       fighting an enemy whose goals she doesn’t understand. Then again, the       chance to actually experience time travel probably has no small appeal       to someone like her, as well. ^_-              SK              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
