   Yes, I understand that. I think Chibi Usa shouldn't be suprised that in   
   the present -A- Sailor Mercury exists, but I'm saying that the 'magic'   
   may be hiding Mercurys identity as the same Mercury in the future. In   
   other words, Chibi-Usa may not have known that her Senshi were the same   
   ones from the thousands of years ago and that this Mercury is the same   
   one she knows.   
      
   Also, Our Mercury knows nothing of Chibi-Usa, they are not friends, there   
   is nothing to connect them, so essentially Chibi-Usa is a stranger to   
   Sailor Mercury and she is exactly the kind of person the 'magic' would   
   hide her identity from.   
      
   And if you're wondering just how the 'magic' could do that, keep in mind   
   how the Luna ball 'magically' inserted Chibi-Usa into everyones lives   
   without much of a problem. If it can do that, removing someones identity   
   shouldn't be a big deal.   
      
   It's a stretch, but it could fit if we wanted it to. ^_^
