   When I saw this episode for the first time years ago, I never   
   suspected that Chibiusa would be the ultimate source of the heart   
   crystal to trigger the transformation. I know it must of been obvious   
   to everyone else, but sometimes when I'm in the zone, I just absorb   
   the story without attempting to anticipate where it might go.   
      
   So when that poignant scene came up, Chibiusa's heart ripped out and   
   her only concern was for Hotaru, I was stunned by the emotional impact   
   of it.   
      
   And here is where Kaolinite's fate shows us just what a horrible thing   
   has happened to the Professor. If the original Tomoe ever had any   
   influence over the actions of this entity we call Professor Tomoe, it   
   is completely submerged now.   
      
   Poor Mamoru, now he is relegated to nursemaid as the senshi go out to   
   kick some serious tail.
