   Episode 158 - Pegasus' secret! The beautiful boy protecting the World   
   of Dreams   
      
   After 30 episodes the writers finally remembered that they are   
   supposed to be developing a plot as well. Don't get me wrong, SuperS   
   has some good filler, but there's a bit much of it.   
      
   Para Para seems to be the only one of the villians to figure out that   
   you can go after multiple people at once. Now if they could just   
   figure out that all four AQ people going after multiple targets would   
   be much faster, they might be able to find the golden mirror.   
      
   The plot of this episode involves Chibi-Usa and Usagi switching forms,   
   but it seems kind of random -- that's because the plot device was   
   taken from the manga, and it's sort of out of context.   
      
   The episode also features a scene with a kiss between Chibi-Usa and   
   Elios (the human form of Pegasus) -- however, Chibi-Usa is ready for   
   the kiss even before she knows that Pegasus has a human form; this led   
   some people on the alt.fan.sailor-moon list to make accusations of   
   bestiality although I never could figure out how serious they were.   
   She did also break off a potential relationship with a boy from her   
   class (the soccer player) because she was thinking of Pegasus, and   
   this was a long time before she knew he had the human form. Now, I   
   definitely don't think you can read too much into this -- this is a   
   kids' show, not a psych case. But it is a little interesting that the   
   two main people she seems to express some kind of romantic interest in   
   are a horse and her own father.
