I think there's more about this in the       >upcoming episodes.              I do think that Zirconia is an aspect of Nehelenia. You see another       small hint of it when Helios stares at Nehelenia and she starts to       wither into what could be a semblance of Zirconia. I think Nehelenia       keeps herself young by magic and Zirconia is what she really looks       like. That's why she hated looking at Zirconia in the mirror because       she is looking at her own true form. Since the dub made Zirconia a       man, it doesn't make much sense in that regard. Once again, the perils       of translating episodes without knowing the whole story.              The dub for this episode was so horrible that I really lack words to       describe it. The script was almost entirely re-written rather then       simply translated.              In the flashback scene where the AQ were running through the woods,       the dub made it seem like the AQ already knew Nehelenia and all about       dream mirrors. If you were watching the dub only, you would almost       certainly be completely confused about what was happening here. I       think the script writer didn't realize this was a flashback and tried       to incorporate it into the current timeline with a new script even if       it made no sense in that context.              For this entire season, Pegasus had never called Chibiusa by name. In       that climatic scene where Helios and Chibiusa clasp each other and       then are pulled apart, Helios finally calls to her. Chibiusa is moved       by that and tells him that's the first time he's ever said her name.       In the dub, Pegasus had been calling Rini by name the whole season. So       they had him call her "Minimoon" instead and she says that's the first       time he's said her name... outside her dreams. If it's given that his       Pegasus presence has been a dream illusion until just now, it's just       not that big a deal that he called her by name within a few minutes of       his transformation.              And these were only two of many, many drivel-ridden changes made to       this entire episode. You can go to SMU if you want a detailed       inventory.              --       Phoenix       www.phoenixanime.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
