   Nice observation. That's something I had not realized before.

   I never cared much for that rallying of the people scene. It really   
   did look like people were hypnotized into chanting rather then them   
   actually believing in their dreams.   
      
   Also, I guess that Motoki has no dreams since he was unaffected by   
   Chibiusa's mind control ;)   
      
   The dub was OK, except the people were yelling "Moon Cosmic Dream   
   Action" to match the change in Sailormoon/Chibimoon's attack name.
