This was an outstanding episode.              >Poor Iron Mouse and the phones following her everywhere was a stroke       >of genius on the writers' part. Then Haruka       >and Michiru also ramp up the innuendo again -- I like the "only       >couples and pigeons come to parks" line; H&M aren't pigeons. Then       >there's the scene in the dance place, although I don't know why Seiya       >got that room if they were just going to dance out in the main hall.              Not only that, but Michiru's comments to Haruka as they are walking       away from Usagi in the park left very little to the imagination about       H&M's relationship. Back to the date, I figure that Seiya was planning       to order some food to set the mood, but once he saw just how       distressed Usagi had become, he changed his plans and took her back       out to the dance floor instead.              Usagi must be a really fun date. Her reactions to the zoo animals, the       rides, the food, etc. were priceless.              So the Starlights are looking for a princess, and several times now       Usagi has seemed very familiar to them in that regard. This has shades       of the princess search in the first season so it seems very obvious       that Usagi _must_ be the princess for whom they seek (Yes, I know).              >But then this is really the first clear indication we get that Galaxia       >is not the usual SM villain; she's already ruined the Starlights'       >planet, and probably more planets than that, so this is not a villain       >that's just going to cause a little bit of damage in Tokyo.              And a good reason why there could not be a sixth season. How can you       have a boss greater then one who has galactic aspirations.              >Then when Usagi is speaking of Mamoru she gets very serious. She       >definitely has matured a lot over the seasons.              That is so exceptionally sad about Mamoru. And he has no family and no       friends outside the senshi and Motoki so there is really no one else       who might be in touch with him.              >BTW, I'm leaving for winter vacation on December 12th, and episode 200       >is scheduled for December 13th. I haven't decided yet what I'm going       >to do about this; I can watch the episodes on vacation but posting is       >not convenient. I may actually reduce it to 198 days and watch       >197-198 on the 10th and 199-200 on the 11th.              That's fine with me. I don't think the posting date of a given episode       is particularly important. Folks could still follow the 200 day plan       and simply respond per the original schedule.              --       Phoenix       www.phoenixanime.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
