      I thought it was obvious: she wanted the hiding Princess Kakiyu,   
   her *real* primary target, to come out, so she had her minions stir   
   trouble.  Once out, she had no reason to hold back, as she already   
   knew who had starseeds.  Hell, I think she offed Siren 'cause she'd
