From: phoenix@mediaone.net              Act 7 - He Saw Me Transforming!              This was a _really_ fun episode. For the third time, TK lives up to       his name saving Sailor Moon's life from a rain of youma thrown spikes.       Despite TK's intervention, the youma gets away. Sailor V makes an       appearance warning Sailor Moon to stay away from TK, to consider him       an enemy. Given that Sailor V has regained her memories and her       comment about fate, it is clear that she thinks that no good can come       from this relationship.              Zoisite makes his formal debut playing that darn piano. Does he ever       do anything else?              Usagi sees Motoki holding a tuxedo jacket with a rip in the same place       where TK had been hit by the youma's attack. She starts to wonder if       Motoki could be TK.              Usagi introduces herself to Motoki and through a series of events ends       up going to the local amusement park with him, Mamoru and a fellow       turtle fan wearing a plushie turtle backpack. Usagi had been asked to       bring two friends so Rei and Mako end up making this a three couple       group date. The expression on Rei and Mako's face was priceless as       they realize that they had been set up. ^_^              One little detail. Unknown to the girls, Motoki hands the repaired       jacket over to Mamoru. Is this the first offical hint that Mamoru is       actually Tuxedo Kaman (Not counting Act Zero)?              Rei had really drawn the short straw as her 'date' immediately gets       the hiccups and she spends the rest of the day patting him on the       back. She can only watch the other two couples enjoy themselves as he       tries various bizarre hiccup cures. If she didn't hate boys before,       I'm sure this session pushed her over the edge.              As Usagi spends the day with Motoki, she realizes that despite her       conviction that he is actually TK, she does not feel any spark of       attraction to him or excitement from his presence. Then, in a       fortuitous mishap in the house of mirrors, Usagi finds herself paired       with Mamoru. When he grabbed her hand to keep her from getting lost,       she is mystified as to why her heart suddenly started beating so hard       and why she feels so excited by this person she dislikes.              Takai, the plushie-wearing turtle fan, is possessed by the youma and       starts siphoning energy from the park attendees including Rei. The       backpack starts to inflate, filled with human energy. Rei calls for       help and Usagi transforms into Sailor Moon in the mirror house.       Despite the episode title to the contrary, she does not realize that       Mamoru witnessed her transformation and now knows her civilian       identity.              Sailor Moon and Jupiter attack the youma. Sailor Moon, remembering the       tactics the youma used earlier in the episode, waits for Jupiter to       destroy the decoy and then whips around to destroy the real youma       behind them. Jadeite shows up, introduces himself and then throws an       energy attack at the two senshi. TK appears and blocks the attack,       getting his hand injured in the process.              You know, it seems that TK does not actually henshin, but simply       changes outfits in the usual way (so where is he storing that top hat,       I wonder). That indicates to me that his fighting skills are all       inherent which is pretty impressive.              Jadeite attempts to run off with the energy filled backpack, but       Sailor Moon defeats that attempt with her boomerang attack. Usagi has       really made some progress since her debut.              I loved the scene where TK starts to leave and SM runs up to him to       bandage his hand. She realizes now that Motoki could not possibly be       TK so she is once again left in the dark as to his real identity.              --       Phoenix       www.phoenixanime.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
