   > Act 12 - Sailor V's True Identity was the Princess!

In the intro, Minako remembers meeting Usagi for the first time. She
says Usagi seems 'Vacuous'. Vacuous is a nice way of calling Usagi an
   'Air head.'

   > In the previous act, the youma controlled manager was on his way to

   > the hospital to retrieve it.

When Usagi runs out of the meeting to get her book, Makoto says Usagi is
care free. Care free is anither way of saying 'Air Head' ^_-

   > At the same time, the youma has attacked
   > Minako demanding to know where she is hiding the silver crystal.
   > Minako denies any knowledge, breaks free and runs out of the room and
   > down the hall.

She breaks free by using her little crescent moon thingie to cut the
vines. It just appeared in her hand. She wasn't in Sailor V guise and
she didn't call the attack. So, whatever power Sailor V has, seems to be
available to Minako at any time.

Minako kicks her Youma infested Manager into the wall putting a huge
hole into it. I guess they don't make walls in Japan the same as we do
   here.

   > By this time, Usagi has slipped back into the hospital disguised as a
   > doctor. When she sees Minako running from her manager, Usagi snatches
   > Minako aside, transforms into a Santa Claus costume and they give the
   > youma the slip by catching a taxi.

They sure don't want to keep their identities secret do they. All this
disguising to get Minako out of the Hospital, I think as a normal person
she would have noticed and wondered what was going on. Of course Minako
isn't normal, but Usagi doesn't know that.

   > series of adventures that include a ruined coat, a shopping trip,
   > outsmarting manic fans and sharing some cake.

Minako calls Usagi an Idiot. That's another way of.... never mind.

Usagi signs an autograph card with her own name. No one wants it even
though she says it's rare. She's right, I'd love to have it in my
   collection. ^_^

Usagi took Minakos hat when she ran out of the store. When Usagi meets
up with Minako again, Minako already has her hat back.

   > While they were eating,

Side note: Thanks to "runpup" I was able to get all of the interviews
and DVD extras for the show. In one of them, they mention the cake with
whipped cream. Ayaka hates whipped cream and even made a note of it when
she was hired. I think she did actually taste it on the cake in the show
   though.

   > it's apparent that, despite her concerns, Minako is starting to warm
   > up to Usagi. She invites Usagi to speak on more familiar terms with
   > her, much to Usagi's delight.
   >
   > Nephrite tells the youma to start attacking people in an effort to
   > flush out Sailor V. Usagi takes her leave of Minako to respond, Mars
   > and Mercury respond and finally Minako herself responds. Despite her
   > fuku being in a suitcase back in the hospital room, Sailor V does an
   > instantaneous henshin as she runs down the street.

No, I've decided the outfit in the suitcase was made in England, that's
   why it was there ^_-

I think the instantaneous henshin is how all of the henshins look to a
casual viewer. The elaborate henshins that we see are just for our
benefit. Also with the attacks, we see the build up, but the attack
itself would be much quicker. Although, if I recall, there is a scene in
a later episode where the girls are watching Mercury take a pose and can
tell what attack she has in mind.

   > Once confronted by Moon, Mars and Mercury, the youma separates from
   > the manager and attacks them.

I bet someone thought..."Hey, when that tentacle comes out, the girls
should over skip it, it'll look cool!" No it won't.

   > The youma traps the three senshi and
   > Nephrite appears demanding to know the whereabouts of the princess.
   >
   > Sailor V appears, frees the senshi and transforms in a flash of golden
   > light (We don't get to see the henshin) into Sailor Venus wearing a
   > silver crystal tiara.

Perhaps we don't see the henshin because it was Artimus using a disguise
phone on her from around the corner. This is not her true appearance
after all, so should she actually be able to transform into it?

   > As Nephrite attacks Venus, Artemis makes his debut claiming that this
   > is the Princess of the Silver Millennium and heir to the Silver
   > Crystal. The other senshi defend Venus while Sailor Moon dispatches
   > the youma. Nephrite disappears, but then Zoisite shows up to kill
   > Venus in her role as princess. TK appears to defend her. Zoisite sees
   > TK and cries out the name Master Endymion. This gives Venus time to
   > take out Zoisite with a Crescent Beam and he transforms back into a
   > crystal on top of his keyboard.
   >
   > We're left with the senshi staring at the princess. Tux is looking
   > away with his back to her.
   >
   > Rick pointed this out before, and I agree. There seems to be no rhyme
   > or reason to Minako's henshin. It's a physical outfit that can be
   > packed away, it's a cell phone disguise, it's a normal senshi henshin,
   > I don't know what it is.

So, now she's Sailor Venus (new outfit to add to the list) but can
appear as the Princess (another outfit) and she has abilities when NOT
   transformed.

   This Minako/Sailor V/Sailor Venus/Princess person is a real conundrum.
