   After thinking about it for a bit, I found one small flaw in that plan.   
   When Artimus 'disguised' Minako as Sailor V for the first time, he would   
   have already had to have the Sailor V data in the phone before ever meeting   
   Minako. She would have it available any time before or after she became   
   Sailor Venus.   
      
   ... so, I still don't see a good reason to have the outfit in the suitcase.
