   Act 19 - Usagi's Nervous Valentine   
      
   In the Dark Kingdom, Beryl and the three generals enter a chamber and   
   see a glowing red tower that Beryl declares to be the sign of Queen   
   Metalia. She congratulates Jadeite and Nephrite for their work (You   
   know, this is like praising only the person who happens to make the   
   winning basket or goal). Later Kunzite comments on the princess and   
   this makes Beryl concerned that he may be regaining his memories.   
      
   Rei continues to suspect that Minako has some ulterior plan and so   
   works on attempting to figure out how to find her as Rei wishes to   
   speak to her again.   
      
   Ami is busy making mittens after finishing her muffler. However,   
   everyone has left her to go off and do their own thing. She is clearly   
   unhappy with the isolation. Makoto, having nothing better to do with   
   the muffler she made, gives it to Motoki which totally makes his day.   
   Maybe this will take his mind off that darn turtle.   
      
   The morning of Valentine Day, Usagi finds a strange girl eating   
   breakfast in her dining room. Usagi's mother says that the girl is her   
   friend's daughter and asks Usagi to watch her for the day. This young   
   girl, Hikari, asks Usagi for advice on love. In a humorous twist, it   
   is Usagi who ends up getting advice from Hikari. Hikari is sweet on a   
   boy who is in love with another woman, who turns out to be none other   
   then Hina, the same girl who is a rival to Usagi. Hina is this boy's   
   tutor. In shopping for Valentine chocolate, they run right into Mamoru   
   and Hina and Usagi is finally introduced to her. Hina gives both Usagi   
   and Hikari some candy and Mamoru has to smile when he sees Usagi   
   accept the candy in a childlike manner. Usagi starts to eat the candy,   
   but then sees Hikari give hers away and declare that she will not lose   
   to 'that woman'. Usagi quickly follows suit.   
      
   In the end, Hikari gives her chocolate to the boy she likes. He   
   accepts it and invites her inside to play video games. While Hina was   
   never really a challenge to Hikari, Usagi's situation is not so easily   
   resolved and she slowly walks away.   
      
   Shortly after that, Usagi finds herself battling another youma (are   
   they recycling youma? Wasn't this one destroyed in the last episode?)   
   Tuxedo Kaman shows up to help Sailor Moon vanquish the monster.   
   Jadeite, who was watching from the shadows, appears to be smiling over   
   this apparent defeat.   
      
   Sailor Moon takes this opportunity to give Tuxie a chocolate that she   
   had purchased earlier. He asks her if she doesn't have someone else to   
   whom to give it. Usagi said she made a muffler for that person, but   
   now she thinks she won't give it to him because he already has a   
   girlfriend. She would not be able to compete with such a girl. TK   
   thinks to himself that Sailor Moon (who he _knows_ is Usagi) must like   
   someone else. TK tells Sailor Moon that she shouldn't give up so   
   easily. Is Mamoru an idiot? Surely he must realize that she is   
   speaking about his alter ego. TK/Mamoru thinks to himself that he can   
   only continue to quietly protect her. Usagi wonders to herself why it   
   is now so easy to speak with TK. I wonder if it is because she is more   
   easy with him as Mamoru and that unconsciously reflects on TK or is it   
   because she realizes that it is Mamoru that she likes and so TK no   
   longer has a strong appeal to her any more.   
      
   Rei, continuing with her mission to find Minako, searches a building   
   that she identified from Minako's web site when she senses that an   
   enemy is nearby. She transforms into Mars and finds that Venus is   
   being pinned down by Nephrite. Nephrite tells Mars that she is too   
   late and takes the silver crystal tiara from Venus' head.
