   When Mamoru tells Hina that he'll be right back, Mokoto notices him   
   leaving, you can see her stand up an take notice. Since she was sneaking   
   around anyway, she probably followed him and watched him hide behind a bush   
   to change. Manoru goes in, TK comes out. Gotcha.
