Ah, how I love my agressive Mako-chan. And her commenting that she
should have hit him again. He deserved it for those comments. But at
least she got him thinking...and we get the clue that he's leaving in
   just a month.

   Knowing Ikuko?  ^^;

Now now, it wasn't an evil shoelace, it was a groty (sweet heavens, can
you tell I'm still living in the 80s?) strand of hair. Yuck! I'd rather
   have the shoelace.

Anyway, Ami-chan was so cute, going through that childlike state. Makes
me think that part of the battle of turning "evil" is the purging of
innocence? Which would make sense why both Usagi and Ami both suddenly
wanted to have a lot of fun--it was the last of their childlike
innocence being sucked away from them.

What's sad is the fact that he keeps getting *worse* as the series goes
on. As much as I had issues with PGSM-Minako, she still didn't get the
shaft like poor PGSM-Motoki. He started out fine, but now he just makes
   me cringe.

:p Sailor Moon has dangly earrings too. Sailor Mars and Venus get
hideous clip-ons. Jupiter's never get much focus, but they appear to be
the roses, don't they (although she doesn't wear them with her usual
   clothing, which is a shame...)

I was really shocked when she turned evil too. It was a highly
unexpected turn of events. I liked PGSM-Ami/Mercury from the beginning,
so I was extra happy to see her get more attention. Although, I still
think she got slightly over-characterized a little too quickly, whereas
other characters (Mako and Rei, if I can remember the later episodes
   enough) get too little characterization.

When I wrote my notes for the episode, I only managed 3 sentences. I
was too enthralled to even bother writing, and even once I was done, I
could only sum it up by saying "Not much written, but a great episode."
