   That was bothering me too. Surely the Japanese have two different   
   words for those two different tasks just like we do in English.   
   However, one of the two projects from which they could select was   
   making a dress which would definitely be considered sewing.   
      
   So maybe it could be called a 'sewing project' even if the task for   
   one of the projects wasn't really sewing.
