   FWIW, here's the rule which applies:   
      
   If there is a square-brackets tag such as [OW!] in the Subject line of a   
   post, it will not be visible to anyone using Google Groups, and will not   
   be included in any reply they may post. However, if they add such a tag   
   themselves, it will be sent out verbatim and will be visible to everyone   
   else who does not use a similarly braindead "newsreader".
