   Act 41 - Actually, I'm a Senshi!

More filler, but with some interesting consequences.

Summer vacation is coming and the girls are wondering how to carry out
their homework assignment to do some volunteer work. Rei continues to
worry about Minako, but says nothing to the other girls about it.

The girls (Usagi, Ami, Makoto and Naru) end up working at a day care
center. They dress up in various animal costumes and help clean the
   area and entertain the children.

Having seen them together earlier at the Crown, Usagi confides in Ami
that they should do something to get Makoto and Motoki together. Ami
goes to the Crown and tells Motoki that she saw a new species of
turtle at the day care center and he races off to check it out. This
leaves Ami and Nephrite (still working at the Crown) together.
Nephrite appears to recognize Ami which causes him to rush off calling
   himself pathetic.

Motoki shows up looking for this new type of turtle and sees Makoto in
the turtle costume she had put on earlier. (I'm sure that must have
made his day ^_^;). Usagi is watching them converse, hoping and
imagining that they will get together. However, after a few words,
Motoki leaves, much to Usagi's disappointment.

During this time, some mysterious force has been draining people of
energy and they are collapsing to the ground. In response, the girls
gather the children together, but realize that one is missing. Usagi
and Naru go one way to search and Makoto goes another where she runs
into Motoki who joins her to help out.

Makoto and Motoki find the missing child in a tree. Motoki climbs up
and helps the child down. While Makoto calls Usagi to tell her that
they found the missing boy, Motoki entertains him with a turtle song
that Makoto remembers her father singing to her. There is a nice
moment here where Makoto and Motoki get a little quality time together
as she cleans off his dirty face.

Youma appear around both Makoto/Motoki as well as Usagi/Naru. Motoki
tells Makoto to run and attempts to fight the youma himself but is
knocked down. Both Usagi and Makoto realize that they have little
choice but to transform in front of their friends revealing their
identities (accompanied by some helicopter sound effects background).

Jupiter dispatches her youma and then apologies to Motoki, telling him
that this is her situation, leaving unsaid that she can not have a
relationship because her senshi responsibilities come first. Motoki
says that he understands and Makoto leaves to join Usagi.

SM attempts to dispatch her youma, but they transform into a single,
much stronger youma. As SM continues to fight, she unintentionally
activates the Silver Crystal and transforms into Princess Sailor Moon.
PSM deflects the youma's attacks with ease, but one of the reflected
blasts strikes close to Naru, injuring her.

Naru's plight reaches Usagi and she transforms back, allowing the
youma to escape. Usagi goes to Naru, noticing the destruction caused
by the Princess. She laments to Jupiter that she has the power to
   destroy the planet.
