I don't think anyone outside the senshi are suppose to know that Luna
the cat is alive and not simply a stuffed animal.

The funny thing is that you don't get to see just how Ami escapes the
huge gang of clowns that gathered behind her cab after she was forced
to stop it. However, she does eventually show up at the mountain top
dressed as a clown with a fire extinguisher.

Her license was labeled with a driving restriction: Glasses required
   ^_^

When I first saw this, I wondered why they disabled Rei right at the
beginning and pretty much left her out of the rest of the story. I was
wondering if she was not readily available and they had to sort of
write her out of the show.

However, having seen the final act and this special act again I think
this was an intentional desire to balance the scale. Both Venus and
Mars are considered the leaders of the senshi. In the final act, Venus
was absent so to balance it out, they had Mars sit out the special act
with each independently using their dual weapons.

Choppi plays an odd role in this story. He was a torn and dirty toy
puppy with all his stuffing coming out and was the very first thing
that Mio picked up when she walked into the dark castle. When she
created the sparkling new interior, he was the last thing to be
restored. She then carried him with her just about all the time. When
everything went back to its original condition, it appears that he
stayed in his restored condition and did not change back to his former
torn and dirty form. It just seemed like a Chucky sort of moment to
   me.

That's just it. This was exactly like Usagi and Rei in the anime where
they would constantly argue and glare at each other. But in truth, Rei
would instantly lay down her life to defend Usagi, just as she did in
Stars. Look at Rei's anger and distress when Minako died. There is a
deep, deep bond here between the two. (And, according to Wikimoon,
their friendship carried over into their real life as well).

Although I hate to admit it, I spent at least two hours a day on this
project. The special act took me four. However, Wikimoon was a
lifesaver since it had all the song names, character names, attacks,
all sorts of things as well as helped me remember what took place
during a given episode. I would have loved to reply to more comments,
but I was spent after doing each summary.

   > Too bad we didn't have more participation, though I think there were

I think there were and I would be happy if folks were at least reading
these comments and found them somewhat entertaining. And BTW, thank
you for sticking with me, Rick. I really appreciated that.

   > Whenever you're ready for the final specials, I'll be here.

Well, I don't want to wait too long so I'm pretty sure you can expect
something from me next Sunday morning. Among the things I want to
watch in addition to the live special is this Act Zero Omake where
they interview just about every person at the moment they complete
their very last scene for the entire series (Usagi, Ami, Rei, Makoto,
Minako, Mamoru, Motoki, Naru - Momoko - Kanami, Mio, Luna, Generals,
Kunzite and Zoisite) I expect to see alot of sentimental crying. ^_^

If you don't have all of the PGSM omake, try googling Ryuusei Fansubs.
They seem to have just about everything.
