For some silly reason, SK doesn't like it when I use the moves I learned
from Super Dance Lesson while listening to this song.

...might be because it's usually in the car and I'm the one driving, but
   still!

Aww...I haven't seen this yet, but still, the poor little child. I'd
   freak out too, I'm sure.

"Friend" is possibly my favorite PGSM song. I heard it long before I
ever watched the series. Actually, I listened to a lot of the music
before I saw the series. I currently have a PGSM OST in my car to
listen to when driving to and from work. While I normally wouldn't
listen to this type of music in English, I apparently have no issue with
it in Japanese--particularly if I can attach it to a show.

Of the senshi, I personally think Hama Chisaki has the best voice or at
the very least her songs ("Yakusoku" and "Mi Amour") showcase her voice
very nicely. Keiko is probably second best although it's close. While
SK prefers "Sakura Fubuki" I've recently become partial to "Hoshi Furu
Yoake." Azama Mew is almost as good as Keiko (maybe even better), but
the choices for her songs are questionable. "Lovely Yell" (which didn't
make it into the show until Act 0) is cute, but "Miracle Dance Night"
seems really out of character. I still like it, but it's weird. She's
   got a lovely voice though.

That leaves me with Sawai Miyuu and Komatsu Ayaka. Ayaka's better,
but...she and Miyuu definitely have a bit of room to grow into their
voices in my opinion. However, all of their PGSM songs are really fun.
"Romance" and "Sayonara - Sweet Days" are my favorites of Ayaka, and
"Here We Go!" is my favorite Miyuu song (although SK greatly prefer
   "Over Rainbow Tour," I think.)

One thing that sort of surprised me was that Kawabe Chieco didn't get a
character single. Naru's in the show alot (more than Mio, I think), and
more than that, she's got an awesome voice. I'm mainly just familiar
with "Sakura Kiss" from Ouran High School Host Club, but still...I would
have really liked a Chieco character single.

Of course, this leads me to think about the seiyuu for BSSM. Shinohara
Emi, hands down, is my favorite singer of the batch. Her renditions of
the Christmas Song and Ave Maria on the Christmas albums is just
wonderful. I need to start acquiring the BSSM albums whenever I can.
All I've got is the "Stars Best" or whatever its called (it's legit).
Hisakawa Aya's probably my second favorite--and I've got a couple of her
collection albums to prove it (Decade and Portrait).

Well, I think I've rambled on long enough! But what better place to
discuss the music of the show than the Kirari Super Live thread? ^_^
