   I was watching... always seemed to be a little behind though! (I just   
   finished tonight after taking a three-week hiatus to get through March   
   Madness at work - so maybe a lot behind) This was my first time watching   
   this series and I really enjoyed it.  I loved having a place to check in   
   after I'd watched too.   
      
   Thanks to everyone who contributed to the 51 days of SM - I wish I'd   
   posted during the watching but I think watching it for the first time   
   left me more absorb-y than comment-y.   
      
   One thing that's interesting to me is that people didn't like Rei in the   
   anime nearly as much as they liked her in the live action.  Rei was my   
   favorite senshi in the anime, even though she wasn't the nicest.  The   
   live-action character is certainly more human and complex than the   
   anime, though I think that's true for all the characters.   
   Giving Rei more of a backstory really helped make her seem like a   
   likeable character, I think.   
      
   Anyways....  Thanks for introducing me to a new SM series!
