   I'm not sure Minako is ever in "human" form.  I think the reason why   
   her costume was in her suitcase is because instead of transforming   
   back, she just took it off.  Although it is true that that the senshi   
   aren't quite human even when they are "human".  Makoto is super   
   strong, Rei has her psychic powers, Ami's intelligence is off the   
   charts, and Usagi has her mind-twisting powers that she uses to   
   enslave those around her.
