   So, a brain tumour is it?  Actually I think Minako does have some   
   vague idea that Rei's weakness as a "leader" is her demophobia.   
   Obviously you can't lead a group if you are afraid of dealing with   
   them as a group.  I guess Minako figures that if she takes a   
   leadership roll on the team it would trash their moral when she plops   
   over dead so she's pushing Mars into it, because Usagi's a charismatic   
   idiot with a lot of power but no tactical sense.
