   Naw- you see, my family, not being inbred like yours, actually has a few   
   inches between the forehead and the mouth.  That would be in dirrect   
   opposition to the eighth of an inch you are used to seeing (as demonstrated   
   by your illustration above).  Your nuts end up occupying an area the size   
   of a pinhead on a normal person's lower lip.  The only thing that gets on   
   their forehead is you sweat, as you try to get it up.
