My experiences here are the same. SailorMoon fans are legion here. These
people don't fluxuate or waver. They buy, and so the merchandise is
sold. In Ikebukuro, the dates on the PGSM stuff was 2007/2008. And Akiba
only touches two categories: brand new and stuff that has a guaranteed
profit margin. I cannot get KOR stuff in Akiba, too few fans for it to
be profitable. Since there has been no new SailorMoon since PGSM, it
logically follows the Akiba shops consider SM a profitable mainstay.

With the amount of merchandise in Japan, that does not surprise me, and
is further evidence Wanderer is being overly pessimistic.

Since I had not read the manga since when mixx and smile screwed up my
subscriptions, and I now have the ability to read my Japanese manga in
Japanese, I would be all for this. Toss on the Sailor V manga too for
   good measure.

Precisely my point. If we all step up and offer to do just one thing
each, I think we can still enjoy fandom has.

I've offered to take over the FAQ, phoenix is talking about running a x
days of y, LeVar is writing more BSSO, anyone else wanna step up?
