   OK, my current theory, is that R2-D2 was blessed by Queen Amidala. Something   
   along the lines of harm shall come to any who harms him.   
      
   For saving her ship, Amidala invoked an ancient blessing, being my theorem.   
      
   Note:   
      
   When the droid army shoots at Artoo, their control ship is lost,   
   When 3p0 belittles Artoo, he loses his head,   
   When Anakin and Obi-wan hold Artoo in contempt (jocularity about loose wire   
   jokes), they become figures of contempt. vader and the 'crazy old man'.   
   It may work the other way as well, because when Luke sticks by Artoo, he   
   becomes legendary for destroying the Death Star.   
   To continue though.   
   Vader blasts Artoo from his TIE fighter, and he's knocked into next week and   
   his Death Star gets destroyed,   
   3p0 berates Artoo on Hoth and next landfall. KA-Blam! Arms and legs   
   everywhere.   
   Yoda smacks Artoo's appendage and HIS appendage loses his hand.   
   Luke drops Artoo (during Jedi training) and he gets dropped out of a   
   ventilator shaft.   
   The Empire's soldiers shoot Artoo, and the Empire is destroyed.   
      
   This may ALSO explain how Jar-Jar became a Senator. He was cozyin' up to   
   Artoo pretty hard. I wonder if he sensed something.   
      
   DUHN-DUHN-DUHHH DUHHHH DUHHHHH DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH DUHHHHHHHHH   
   DUHHHHHHHH DUHHHHHH DUHHHHHHH DUHHHHHHHHHHHHH DUHHHHHHH DUN-DUH-DUN!
