   Vader told Luke that "together" they could defeat the Emperor. Vader alone

   The stories (the Clone Wars cartoon series and the novels and comic boks)   
   outside of the six Saga movies are full of extra "apprentices", but none   
   of them are actually Sith Lords. Asajj Ventress, who is Dooku's   
   "apprentice", is not a Sith Lord, but if Dooku had killed taken over from   
   Palpatine, then she may well have been made one by Dooku.
