In all versions of the story Superman is an alien from another planet via
a rocketship. In some versions he also visits other planets and even
   parallel universes.

Wonder Woman has an invisible plane and a lasso that makes you tell the
truth, as well as bullet-deflecting bracelets.

Aquaman is from Atlantis and can breath underwater.

Fantastic Four, The Hulk, Ironman, Captain America, X-Men, etc.

Most, if not all, superheroes could technically be sub-category of science
fiction. Even Captain Caveman was thawed out of a block of ice, Dynomutt
was a robotic dog, and Inspector Gadget is some sort of cyborg. :-)
