George Lucas sold out absolutely everything - his entire business
empire. Disney now owns the whole lot, 100%, forever (or at least until
they decide to close down or sell off to someone else the parts they no
   longer want):
    - Lucasfilm
    - ILM
    - Skywalker Sound
    - LucasBooks
    - LucasArts (since shut down)
    - the Star Wars franchise
    - the Indiana Jones franchise
    - the other Lucasfilm products such as Willow, Howard the Duck, etc.
(if they ever want to make anything more in those franchises)
    - etc.

Plus of course all the licensing / mechandising rights for the above.

I'm not about the Skywalker Ranch itself, but wouldn't be surprised if
they also own that and the Lucasfilm Archives it houses. Skywalker
   Sound also operates from there.

George Lucas owns absolutely nothing and has no say at all in what
happens to any of it. He was only included in the making of Episode
VII as a courtesy, and he's since disowned the whole thing because he
dislikes what Jar Jar Abrams and Disney have done.

Disney have already shut down the LucasArts game development team and
thrown out all the old Expanded Universe as now "legacy" material that
   they can simply ignore completely.
