   Maul (after Episode I) is already a cyborg - he has a robotic lower   
   half.   
      
   It's unlikely that Grievous would have lived any longer than he   
   naturally would have (at least not without further robotic   
   intervention). His living parts would still deteriorate and age as   
   normal.
