   As I set up the computer network for that, with three different levels of   
   Intenet filtering, one thing that Terry and his minions at PDXISS will NOT   
   want to hear that all three programs block the PDXISS site under various   
   categories. One of them blocks under a category known as   
   "illegal/questionable". Someone has decided that the content of PDXISS is   
   illegal and/or questionable.
